The core acquisition snapshot contains no Supabase or OpenAI runtime implementation and requests no Android Internet permission. That keeps the diagnostic workflow portable and gives an acquirer freedom to choose its own enterprise architecture.

BTR Pro does not establish a zero-energy state, authorize energized work, or instruct technicians to bypass guards, interlocks, E-stops, overloads, safety relays, or other protective devices. Hazardous access remains subject to qualified-person, OEM, site isolation, LOTO, and stored-energy procedures.
